Cancer Genome Rearrangement

I have participated in a project with Benjamin Raphael in collaboration with the UCSF Cancer Center studying chromosome rearrangement in various tumors from various cancers including Breast, Ovarian, and Prostate. The project uses data obtained using End Sequence Profiling and Comparative Genomic Hybridization techniques.

REsearch in COmputational Molecular Biology 2006

I was a member of the RECOMB 2006 Anniversary Committee. The paper produced by the anniversary committe appeared in the Research in Computational Molecular Biology: 10th Annual International Conference, RECOMB 2006, Venice, Italy, April 2-5, 2006. Proceedings. In addition, a talk was given at the conference by Michal Linial on behalf of the committee on the history of RECOMB based on the paper.

Cistematic

I am invovled in a project with the California Institute of Technology design tools to be implemented by Cistematic.
I began my internship through the Southern California Bioinformatics Summer Institute
