Welcome to Worm DB
WormDB contains gene expression data at the single-cell level. It provides a resource to the community for analyzing gene expression in C. elegans across a set of 96 genes in the first larval stage (L1).We provide the data browsable by genes, cells, or raw images. For each gene we provide the average cell expression across the set of analyzed worms, as well as the individual scores. For each cell we show each value observed across the set of worms.
